This halogen-free, shielded JZ-500 HMH-C 4G16 cable is a versatile solution for use in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, as well as in air conditioning and metallurgical installations. The cable is perfect for both stationary and flexible installations where high resistance to external factors is required. The cable construction ensures interference-free transmission of signals and pulses thanks to the effective copper braid screen.

Construction and properties for professionals

The cable has been designed with durability and safety in mind. It is made of stranded copper conductors, class 5 (multi-strand flexible), insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture. The conductors are black with white numbering for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) placed in the outer layer. The braid screen made of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage minimizes electromagnetic interference. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture in gray color (RAL 7001).

The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51/DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU. The cable is also self-extinguishing and flame-retardant according to DIN VDE and IEC standards.
