This halogen-free, shielded JZ-500 HMH-C 4G25 cable is the ideal solution for demanding installations where flexibility, protection against interference and fire safety are key. The cable is designed for use in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning systems and in the metallurgical industry. It will work both in stationary and flexible installations – wherever you need a reliable connection.

Construction and properties ensuring durability

The cable is characterized by a solid construction. Made of stranded copper wire class 5, it provides high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The cores are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases in case of fire. The screen made of tinned copper wire braid (85% coverage) effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference (EMC), guaranteeing stable signal transmission. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture in gray color (RAL 7001).

The JZ-500 HMH-C 4G25 cable has a cross-section of 25 mm², a rated voltage of 500 V and an outer diameter of approximately 25 mm. The cores are numbered for easy identification. The minimum bending radius is approx. 12.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and approx. 4 x diameter for stationary laying. The coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -15°C to +70°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +70°C (stationary). Radiation resistance is up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
