Flexible cable 500V JZ-500 HMH-C is an advanced solution for demanding industrial applications. This cable, with a cross-section of 35 mm², is designed for reliable transmission of control and measurement signals in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, and air conditioning installations. Construction and properties

The JZ-500 HMH-C cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. It consists of stranded copper conductors, insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture. The conductors are twisted in parallel and separated by a separating foil, and then surrounded by a braided screen of tinned copper wires (85% coverage), which minimizes electromagnetic interference. The whole is covered with a halogen-free outer sheath made of TM7 mixture in gray color (RAL 7001). This construction provides high resistance to fire, oils and radiation.

It is worth emphasizing that this cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51/DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain cadmium or silicone, which is important from an environmental protection point of view.

Application and operating parameters

The JZ-500 HMH-C cable is perfect for stationary and flexible installations in dry, humid and wet environments. Thanks to its properties, it can be used in difficult industrial conditions - in steelworks or in the production of air conditioning equipment. This cable is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +70°C (flexible), at a rated voltage of 300/500V. The minimum bending radius is approximately 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying and approximately 12.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation. Coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km.
