Flexible cable JZ-500 HMH-C is an advanced solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. This cable, with a cross-section of 95 mm², is designed to operate at 500V and features a halogen-free jacket, increasing safety in the event of a fire. Four cores, marked with numbers, facilitate identification and connection.

Construction and properties

This cable stands out with its careful construction, ensuring reliability and long-term operation. Multi-strand, flexible (class 5) copper cores guarantee good conductivity and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. Insulation made of halogen-free TI6 mixture ensures safe use, and a braided screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference. Additionally, the cable has a separating foil for better insulation of individual cores. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture in gray color (RAL 7001).
