This halogen-free, shielded flexible cable 500V JZ-500 HMH-C is a versatile solution for a wide range of applications. With a cross-section of 16 mm² and five cores, this cable is perfect for machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning installations and the metallurgical industry. Designed for both stationary and flexible installations, it provides reliable connections in dry, humid and wet environments.

The JZ-500 HMH-C cable is distinguished by its advanced construction. Made of stranded copper conductors (class 5), insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture, it provides high flexibility and durability. Black cores with white numbers facilitate identification, and a yellow-green protective core (in 3-core and more versions) guarantees safety. A braided screen made of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in precise control systems. The outer jacket made of a halogen-free TM7 mixture provides fire resistance and minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire.

The coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km, which ensures high signal transmission quality. The minimum bending radius is approximately 4x cable diameter for fixed laying and approximately 12.5x cable diameter for flexible laying – this is important information for installers when planning the cable route. Thanks to radiation resistance up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg, the cable can also be used in environments exposed to ionizing radiation.
