Flexible cable JZ-500 HMH-C is a reliable solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. This cable, with a cross-section of 5 cores x 25 mm², is perfect for machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning installations, and the metallurgical industry. Designed for both stationary and flexible installations, it ensures safe and efficient power transmission.

The cable construction is based on stranded copper conductors, guaranteeing high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The conductors are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, ensuring safety in case of fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. Black conductors with white numbers facilitate the identification of individual wires during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 cores), increasing safety. A braided screen made of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring stable signal transmission. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer sheath TM7 in gray (RAL 7001).

The JZ-500 HMH-C cable is characterized by a wide operating temperature range – from -40°C to +70°C for stationary installation and from -15°C to +70°C for flexible installation. The rated voltage is 500 V. It meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51/DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11 and is compliant with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). Thanks to the use of cadmium-free and silicone-free materials, the cable is environmentally friendly and does not hinder painting. It also has a CPR Dca certificate.
