Flexible control cable with screen and halogen-free insulation

This 5-core JZ-500 HMH-C cable with a cross-section of 95 mm² is a reliable solution for applications requiring flexibility, safety and resistance to external factors. The cable is designed for transmitting control and measurement signals in machines, production lines, air conditioning installations and in the metallurgical industry. Thanks to the copper braid screen, it provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), guaranteeing stable data transmission.

Construction and properties

The cable is distinguished by an advanced construction that combines durability and safety. Copper strands, made in flexibility class 5, provide high flexibility and resistance to repeated bending. Insulation made of halogen-free TI6 mixture and outer jacket made of TM7 mixture minimize the risk of toxic gas formation during a fire, increasing safety in the event of a failure. The cores are numbered for easy identification, and the yellow-green protective core (available in the version with a protective core) further increases the safety level of the installation.
