Flexible control cable – reliability and safety in every application
This 18-core flexible cable JZ-600 HMH-C with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² is an ideal solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. The cable is designed for installations in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning systems, and in the metallurgical industry. It will work both in stationary and flexible installations, ensuring reliable transmission of control and measurement signals.
Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation
The cable is characterized by an advanced construction that guarantees its durability and safety. Made of multi-strand copper conductors (class 5), insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, it provides high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. A braided screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in industrial environments. The outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 mixture provides additional protection against external factors and increases safety in case of fire. The cable cores are black with white numerical printing for easy identification. Additionally, the presence of a yellow-green protective conductor increases safety.
Safety and compliance with standards
The cable meets stringent safety standards, including the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). It is made of halogen-free materials, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases in case of fire. The cable has passed fire tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-3-24, BS 4066 part 3, DIN EN 60332-3-24 and IEC 60332-3-24 standards, as well as self-extinguishing and non-flammability tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2. Resistance to corrosive fire gases is confirmed by VDE 0482-754-2 and DIN EN 60754-2 standards. This ensures a high level of safety for both installers and end-users.
