This halogen-free, shielded JZ-600 HMH-C cable is an ideal solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. The cable is designed for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning equipment and industrial installations. Thanks to the shielding, it ensures interference-free signal transmission, which is crucial in modern control systems.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation. It is made of 18 stranded copper cores, with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture. The cores are twisted in parallel and surrounded by an inner jacket, which increases their mechanical protection. A braided screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference, and the outer jacket made of TM7 mixture provides resistance to abrasion and weathering. The cores are numbered, which facilitates identification during installation and servicing. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety.
Applications and benefits
The JZ-600 HMH-C cable performs perfectly well in both stationary and flexible installations. It can be used in dry, wet and humid environments and laid on the surface. Its halogen-free coating ensures safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke, which is particularly important in public and industrial buildings. A wide range of operating temperatures (-40°C to +80°C) allows its use in difficult operating conditions. Thanks to the high resistance to radiation (up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg), the cable retains its properties even in places exposed to radiation. The rated voltage of 1000 V allows its use in a wide range of electrical applications.
