Control cable – reliability and safety in every application
This 25-core flexible cable JZ-600 HMH-C with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² is a solution for a wide range of applications where flexibility, resistance to external factors and high-quality signal transmission are required. Designed for industrial installations, machines, production lines and air conditioning systems, it ensures reliable operation in demanding conditions. The cable is characterized by a construction that minimizes the emission of smoke and toxic gases in the event of a fire, increasing safety.
Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation
The cable is made of stranded copper conductors, which gives it high flexibility and resistance to bending. Each core is insulated with a halogen-free TI6 compound, and the entire cable is shielded with a braid of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage. This construction minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), guaranteeing stable signal transmission. The cores are twisted in parallel and numbered for easy identification. The outer jacket made of a halogen-free TM7 compound provides additional protection against mechanical damage and weathering.
Additionally, the cable meets stringent safety standards, including fire resistance tests, corrosion resistance to fire gases and low smoke density. It is compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). Thanks to this, you can be sure of its reliability and safety.
Key features and benefits:
- Halogen-free: Reduces the risk of toxic gas formation during a fire, protecting the health and lives of users.
- Shielding: A braid of tinned copper wires provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), guaranteeing stable signal transmission.
- Flexibility: The stranded wire construction of the cores allows for easy routing of the cable even in tight spaces and with frequent bends.
- Wide temperature range: The ability to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (for fixed laying) and from -15°C to +70°C (flexible) makes the cable suitable for use in various environmental conditions.
- UV resistance: Allows the cable to be used in outdoor installations without fear of degradation from sunlight (up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg).
- Numbered cores: Facilitate the identification of individual wires during installation and servicing.
- CE marking: Confirms compliance with European safety standards.
- Metered cable: Makes it easy to precisely adjust the cable length to the needs of the installation.
