The JZ-600 HMH-C cable features an advanced construction that combines a number of important features. The core consists of 25 stranded copper conductors (class 5), providing flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. Each conductor is insulated with halogen-free TI6 compound, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire. The conductors are arranged in parallel twisted pairs, and the whole is surrounded by a braided screen of tinned copper wires (85% coverage), which effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC). This braid ensures interference-free signal transmission, which is crucial in precise control and measurement systems. The outer jacket is made of halogen-free TM7 compound, providing additional protection against mechanical damage and weathering. In addition, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety.

Thanks to the use of halogen-free materials, the risk of toxic burns during a fire is minimized - important for both the safety of installers and end users.

Technical parameters and operating range

The JZ-600 HMH-C cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 1000 V and a conductor cross-section of 2.5 mm². The permissible ambient temperature during operation is from -40°C to +80°C (for fixed installation) and from -15°C to +70°C during flexible laying. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed installation and 15 x cable diameter for flexible laying. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 30 mm. The coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km, guaranteeing high signal quality.
