Construction and properties

The JZ-600 HMH-C cable is characterized by a solid construction that guarantees long-term operation. It consists of stranded copper conductors, insulated with halogen-free TI6 compound. These conductors are twisted in parallel and surrounded by a braided screen of tinned copper wires (85% coverage), which provides excellent protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The whole is covered with an outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 compound, providing resistance to abrasion and weathering. The working conductors are marked with numbers, which facilitates identification during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor.
