Flexible cable 1kV JZ-600 HMH-C – reliability and safety in every application

This halogen-free, shielded 1kV JZ-600 HMH-C cable is an excellent solution for both professional installers and end users. Designed for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning systems and steel mills, it provides reliable signal transmission and safe operation of installations. The cable is particularly recommended where high fire resistance, oils and minimal smoke emission in the event of a fire are required.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction. Made of stranded copper conductors, class 5 (multi-wire flexible), insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification. In addition, the presence of a yellow-green protective conductor increases safety. Twisted conductors are surrounded by an inner sheath, and then a braid screen made of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage, which provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The whole is covered with an outer sheath made of halogen-free TM7 mixture in black color (RAL 9005).
