Flexible cable JZ-600 HMH-C is an advanced solution for energy transmission in demanding industrial and installation conditions. This cable, characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, finds application in machines, production lines, air conditioning systems, and metallurgy. Its construction is designed to ensure reliable transmission of signals and pulses, minimizing electromagnetic interference thanks to effective shielding.

Construction and properties

The JZ-600 HMH-C cable stands out with carefully selected materials and advanced production technology. Copper strands, made in class 5 (flexible stranded), ensure good conductivity and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The core insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 mixture, which increases safety in case of fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. The cores are black with white numbering to facilitate identification during installation. Additionally, the presence of a yellow-green protective core (from 3 cores) ensures user safety. A braided screen made of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in environments with a high level of interference. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer coating made of halogen-free TM7 mixture (RAL 9005 color), providing resistance to abrasion, moisture and UV radiation.

Applications and technical parameters

The JZ-600 HMH-C cable is intended for stationary and flexible installations in dry, wet and humid environments. It can be laid openly and used in outdoor installations. Thanks to a wide range of operating temperatures (-40°C to +80°C during fixed installation and -15°C to +70°C flexible), the cable performs well in various operating conditions. The rated voltage U is 1000 V, and the core cross-section is 0.5 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.4 mm. The coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km, which guarantees high signal transmission quality. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed installations and 15 x cable diameter for flexible installations. The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11 confirming its safety and quality of execution. Additionally, it has a CE certificate in accordance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
