Flexible control cable – reliability and safety in every application
This halogen-free, shielded JZ-600 HMH-C 4G35 cable is the ideal solution for demanding installations where flexibility, safety and protection against interference are essential. The cable is designed for use in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning systems and in the metallurgical industry. It will work well in both stationary and flexible installations.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Made of multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, it offers high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors), ensuring safe use. A braided screen made of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage minimizes the risk of electromagnetic interference (EMC), guaranteeing stable signal transmission. This braid should be connected to clamps (e.g., cable glands) for optimal EMC protection. The outer sheath made of halogen-free TM7 mixture provides fire resistance and limits the emission of toxic gases in case of fire – meeting strict safety standards.
Application and technical parameters
The JZ-600 HMH-C cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 1000 V. Thanks to the wide range of operating temperatures (-40°C to +80°C for fixed laying and -15°C to +70°C in flexible mode), it can be used in various environmental conditions. The conductor cross-section of 35 mm² makes this cable perfectly cope with higher current loads. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 34.5 mm. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed laying and 15 x cable diameter during flexible operation. The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11, which confirms its high quality and compliance with European safety standards. Additionally, it has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
