This halogen-free, shielded JZ-600 HMH-C cable with a cross-section of 50 mm² is the ideal solution for applications requiring flexibility, resistance to external factors and high signal transmission reliability. The cable is designed for a wide range of installations, from machines and conveyor belts to production lines, air conditioning systems and industrial installations. Thanks to the copper braid screen, it minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in modern control systems.

Construction and properties for professionals

The cable is made of multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), which gives it exceptional flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The core insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 compound, guaranteeing safety in case of fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. The cores are black with white numbers for easy identification, and the yellow-green protective conductor provides additional safety. An inner sheath and a screen of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) effectively protect against interference. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer sheath made of halogen-free TM7 compound in black (RAL 9005).
