This halogen-free, shielded 1kV flexible cable JZ-600 HMH-C is the optimal solution for both professional installers and end customers. The cable is designed for use in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning systems and in metallurgy. It will be suitable for stationary and flexible installations where high resistance to mechanical damage and external factors is required.

Construction and properties

The JZ-600 HMH-C cable is distinguished by a careful construction that guarantees its durability and reliability:

• Insulation: Halogen-free mixture TI6 (DIN VDE 0207-363-7 / DIN EN 50363-7) – increases fire safety and minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire.
• Conductor marking: Black conductors with white numbers (DIN VDE 0293) – facilitates identification of individual wires during assembly and maintenance. Yellow-green protective conductor.
• Screen: Braid of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage – provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC).
• Outer sheath: Halogen-free mixture TM7 (DIN VDE 0207-363-8 / DIN EN 50363-8) – resistant to abrasion, oils and chemicals. Color black (RAL 9005).

Operating parameters and compliance with standards

The JZ-600 HMH-C cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +70°C for fixed laying and from -15°C to +70°C for flexible operation. The rated voltage is 1kV (U/Uo 0.6/1 kV), and the test voltage is 4000V. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11. It has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. In addition, the cable complies with standards regarding fire resistance, smoke emission and corrosivity of fire gases.
