This halogen-free, shielded JZ-600 HMH-C cable with a cross-section of 70 mm² and four cores is an ideal solution for demanding installations. Construction and properties

The cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its high functionality. Made of stranded copper cores meeting the standards of DIN VDE 0295 cl.5, BS 6360 cl.5 and IEC 60228 cl.5, it provides excellent conductivity and flexibility. The cores are insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture (DIN VDE 0207-363-7/ DIN EN 50363-7), which increases safety in case of fire. Black cores are permanently marked with white numbers (DIN VDE 0293) for easy identification. Additionally, the presence of a yellow-green protective core (from 3 cores) provides additional safety.

High-quality shielding – a braid of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage – minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in precise control and measurement systems. The outer jacket made of a halogen-free TM7 mixture (DIN VDE 0207-363-8/ DIN EN 50363-8) provides resistance to abrasion and external factors. The cable is metered and characterized by low flammability and low smoke emission during a fire (LSOH).
