Copper wires, made in class 5 (multi-strand flexible), guarantee good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. A braid screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) effectively minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in control and measurement systems. In addition, the use of a halogen-free TI6 mixture for wire insulation and TM7 for the outer jacket ensures safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. Numbered wires facilitate identification and connection of the cables.
