This halogen-free, shielded cable JZ-600 HMH-C 5G16 is a versatile solution for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning systems and industrial installations. Designed for both stationary and flexible installations, it provides reliable signal transmission and safe device operation. Made of high-quality materials, it meets stringent safety standards and is resistant to external factors.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction. Durable stranded copper conductors in class 5 (flexible multi-wire) provide good flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The conductor insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 mixture, which increases safety in case of fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. The screen braid made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing stable signal transmission. The outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 mixture provides additional protection against mechanical damage and weathering. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor.

Thanks to the wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +80°C), it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
