This halogen-free, shielded JZ-600 HMH-C cable with a cross-section of 6 mm² and 5 cores is an ideal solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. The cable is designed for a wide range of installations, from machines and conveyor belts to production lines, air conditioning and metallurgy. Thanks to the copper braid screen, it ensures interference-free signal transmission, which is crucial in control and measurement systems.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation. Multi-strand copper conductors (class 5) guarantee good flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The core insulation made of halogen-free TI6 mixture ensures safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. The cores are numbered for easy identification during installation. Additionally, the presence of a yellow-green protective core increases the level of safety.

The cable has a CE certificate of conformity with European standards and meets the requirements for resistance to fire, oils and UV radiation. It is intended for operation in dry, wet and humid environments, both in stationary and flexible installations. The minimum bending radius is 15 x cable diameter for flexible applications and 7.5 x cable diameter for fixed installations. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing during assembly.
