This 7-core JZ-600 HMH-C cable with a cross-section of 16 mm² is an advanced solution for transmitting power and control signals in demanding industrial conditions. Designed for flexibility and durability, it is perfect for machines, production lines, air conditioning systems and steel mills. The cable is distinguished by its high resistance to external factors and ensures safe and reliable operation of the installation.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by an advanced construction that guarantees its unique properties. Made of stranded copper wire (class 5), insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture, it provides flexibility and easy installation. The cores are numbered for easy identification during installation. In addition, the cable has a screen made of a high-density (85%) copper braid, which minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC) and ensures stable signal transmission. This braid, combined with appropriate cable glands, allows for optimal electromagnetic compatibility. The whole is surrounded by a durable, halogen-free TM7 outer jacket in black (RAL 9005), providing resistance to mechanical damage and weathering.

• Shielding: Effectively reduces electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable signal transmission in industrial environments.
• Numbered cores: Facilitate the identification of individual cores during installation and maintenance.
• Radiation resistance: The cable is resistant to radiation up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).

JZ-600 HMH-C cable is ideal for use in dry, wet and humid environments, both indoors and outdoors (with fixed installation). It will be perfect for stationary and flexible installations – where high reliability and resistance to mechanical damage are required. It complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11 and also has a CE mark confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 31.4 mm, which should be taken into account when choosing appropriate mounting accessories.
