This LIFT-TRAGO-30 lifting cable is designed to operate in demanding conditions, such as elevators, lifts, and cable conveyors. It is characterized by high flexibility and mechanical strength, ensuring reliable operation even with frequent bending and stretching. The construction with a load-bearing element guarantees safety and long-term operation.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of 18 copper strands twisted into bundles, providing good flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. Each strand is insulated with special PVC TI2, and the whole is surrounded by a durable outer jacket made of black (RAL 9005) PVC TM2. A yellow-green protective conductor provides additional safety. The cable is resistant to oils, chemicals, and UV radiation. It meets the standards of IEC 60227-6 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 5025-2-51.

• Rated voltage: 300/500 V – universal application in installations with different voltages.
• Temperature range: from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +50°C (flexible) – possibility of operation in difficult temperature conditions.
• Load-bearing element: reinforced with wool (30m version) or textile braid (60m version) – increased resistance to tensile and mechanical loads.
• Chemical resistance: high resistance to the action of oils and many chemicals – ensures durability in an aggressive environment.
• Compliance with standards: meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).

Applications and installation

The LIFT-TRAGO-30 cable is ideal for use in elevators, lifts, and cable conveyors. It is particularly recommended where high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage are required. The minimum bending radius is 20x the cable diameter, making installation easier even in tight spaces. Available lengths are 30m and 60m – choose the appropriate version for your project. Cables with suspension lengths over 60m are available upon request.
