Elevator cable for use in lifts and hoists

This robust elevator cable, designated LIFT-TRAGO-60, is designed for operation in demanding conditions such as lifts, cable conveyors and hoists. It is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to mechanical, chemical and temperature factors. The construction with a load-bearing element ensures reliability even under medium mechanical stress. The cable is available in lengths of 30m (LIFT-TRAGO-30) and 60m (LIFT-TRAGO-60), allowing it to be adapted to specific installation needs.

Construction and materials

The cable is constructed of stranded copper conductors, insulated with special PVC TI2. The conductors are twisted into bundles and surrounded by a textile braid (in the 60m version) or wool (in the 30m version) for additional reinforcement. The outer jacket is made of high-quality PVC TM2, providing resistance to oils and chemicals. A yellow-green protective conductor ensures safe use. The whole meets the standards IEC 60227-6 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51.

Operating parameters and safety

The LIFT-TRAGO-60 cable is designed for operation at a rated voltage of 300/500 V and a test voltage of 3000 V. It can be operated in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +70°C in stationary mode and from -5°C to +50°C in flexible mode. Thanks to the materials used, the cable is resistant to radiation up to 80x10^6 cJ/kg (80 Mrad). The minimum bending radius is 20x cable diameter, making installation easier even in tight spaces. The insulation resistance is min. 20 MOhm x km, guaranteeing effective protection against short circuits. The product has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU.
