Lifting cable for applications requiring strength

This 7-core lifting cable LIFT-TRAGO-60, with a voltage of 500V, is designed to operate in demanding conditions such as elevators, cable conveyors and lifts. Its construction with a load-bearing element ensures reliability and resistance to mechanical stress. Made of high-quality materials, it guarantees safe and long-lasting operation in various environments.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: copper strands twisted together, PVC TI2 insulation and an outer jacket made of PVC TM2. Reinforcement with a textile braid (in the 60m version) provides additional resistance to tensile and mechanical damage. The yellow-green protective conductor increases safety. The cable is resistant to oils and chemicals, making it ideal for industrial applications. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting.

Application and parameters

The LIFT-TRAGO-60 cable is perfect as a control cable in elevators, cable conveyors and lifts. Available in two lengths – 30m (LIFT-TRAGO®-30) and 60m (LIFT-TRAGO®-60) – allows you to adapt to specific installation needs. The cable meets the standards IEC 60227-6 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 5025-2-51, which confirms its high quality and safety. Designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +50°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 300/500V. The minimum bending radius is 20x cable diameter. Insulation resistance is minimum 20 MOhm x km.
