The NSHTÖU cable is made of high-quality materials, which translates to its exceptional durability. The outer jacket made of chloroprene rubber (neoprene) provides resistance to low temperatures, ozone, UV radiation, oils, acids, greases and many other chemicals. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties even in extreme conditions. The copper stranded cores meet DIN VDE 0295 class 5, ensuring good conductivity and flexibility. Core identification according to DIN VDE 0293 facilitates correct connection and minimizes the risk of errors during installation.
Application and compliance with standards
This cable is widely used in construction, mines, cranes, conveyors and jib cranes. It is ideal for powering mobile devices and where high resistance to mechanical loads and weather conditions is required. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0250 part 814 and has a fire reaction class of Eca (EN 13501-6), providing additional safety. The rated voltage U/U0 is 600/1000 V, and the maximum operating temperature of the cores is +60°C (during operation) and +200°C (during short circuit). The cable is also radiation resistant up to 20 x 10^6 cJ/kg (20 Mrad).
