This yellow 3G1.5 flexible cable with PUR insulation is a versatile solution for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. The cable is designed for intensive use in industry, construction, and environments exposed to oils, greases and other aggressive substances. It will work well as both a power and control cable.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on stranded copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm². The conductors are insulated with special TI2 PVC, and the entire cable is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating. This combination of materials ensures exceptional flexibility even at low temperatures, as well as resistance to abrasion, UV radiation, weather conditions and many other external factors. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance-free.
A key feature of this cable is its chemical resistance - it performs perfectly in contact with oils, fats, alcohol-free fuels and naphthas. This makes it ideal for use in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, the oil and coal sectors, and on construction sites. The cable also has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety.
Technical parameters and scope of application
The cable is distinguished by a nominal conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm², a rated voltage of 500 V and the ability to operate in a wide temperature range - from -40°C to +80°C under stationary conditions and from -15°C to +80°C during flexible operation. Its outer diameter is approximately 8.3 mm, and UV resistance ensures durability even with prolonged exposure to sunlight. This cable is ideal for powering portable industrial equipment, construction machines and anywhere high flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. It will also work perfectly as a control cable in harsh industrial conditions. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-1 /DIN EN 50525-1 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
