Construction and application
The TOPFLEX® 600-PVC cable is characterized by a construction that provides flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. It consists of four copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², insulated with PVC, twisted in parallel and surrounded by a special outer coating of PVC. A shielding braid provides additional protection against electromagnetic interference. The cable is designed for both fixed and flexible installations, and can also be used in rooms with high humidity. This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications – from industrial machines and equipment, to installations in residential and commercial buildings.
Parameters and benefits
The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0293 and 0295 standards, confirming its high quality and safety of use. The rated voltage is 1000 V, and the permissible operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C (for fixed installation) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. The conductors made of copper meet flexibility class 5, which facilitates cable routing even in tight spaces. Numbered wire markings facilitate the identification of individual conductors during installation. In addition, the outer PVC coating is resistant to oils, increasing the durability of the cable in harsh industrial conditions. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.6 mm.
