PVC cable for inverters TOPFLEX® 600-PVC 4G95 mm² grey, black numbered cores acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 22854
Power cable for inverters and controllers
This grey PVC cable, with a cross-section of 95 mm², is designed for demanding applications in power supply systems for inverters, servomotors and frequency converters. It is suitable for both fixed and flexible installations, and its construction allows for use in wet, damp and dry environments. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0293 and 0295 standards, guaranteeing its safety and reliability.
Construction and parameters
The TOPFLEX® 600-PVC 4G95 mm² cable is characterized by a solid construction. It has four copper cores of flexibility class 5, which facilitates installation and ensures flexibility. The cores are PVC insulated and marked with numbers for easy identification. In addition, the cable has a shielding braid that minimizes electromagnetic interference. The outer sheath made of PVC provides resistance to mechanical damage and atmospheric factors. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 46.2 mm.
Key electrical parameters are rated voltage 1000 V and permissible operating temperature from -40°C to +80°C (for fixed installation) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. The cable is designed to operate at 0.6/1kV and has passed 4000 V voltage tests. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km.
Application and benefits
The TOPFLEX® 600-PVC cable is an ideal solution for:
- Inverters: Provides stable and safe power supply for photovoltaic or other types of inverters.
- Servomotors: Works perfectly in applications requiring precise motor control.
- Frequency converters: Enables efficient power supply for converters used in various industrial devices.
- DNC motors: The cable is dedicated to connecting DNC (Digital Numerical Control) motors.
- Fixed and flexible installations: The possibility of use in various installation configurations increases its versatility.
- Wet, damp and dry environments: Resistance to weather conditions allows the cable to be used in a wide range of applications.
Additional advantages include: chemical resistance (detailed information in the manufacturer's "Technical Information" table), absence of silicone, cadmium and substances disrupting painting, and compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). The cable is also self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, increasing safety of use.
