Power cable for inverters and servomotors
This shielded PVC cable, designated TOPFLEX® 600-C-PVC 4G10 mm², is a reliable solution for powering devices requiring high resistance to electromagnetic interference. The cable is designed to work with inverters, servomotors and frequency converters, providing a stable and safe connection. It will work in both fixed and flexible installations, in dry, wet and humid environments.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on four copper conductors with a cross-section of 10 mm². These conductors are made of oxygen-free copper, which translates to better conductivity and durability. PVC insulation provides effective protection against mechanical damage and external factors. Additionally, the cable has a screen in the form of a copper braid, which minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), guaranteeing stable operation of connected devices. This braid should be properly connected to the terminals (e.g. using cable glands) for optimal EMC protection.
The use of a special outer PVC coating provides resistance to oils and chemicals, increasing its versatility. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0293 and 0295 standards, confirming its high quality and safety of use. The conductors are marked with numbers according to DIN VDE 0293-334, and the protective conductor is yellow-green for easy identification.
Operating parameters and working range
The TOPFLEX® 600-C-PVC 4G10 mm² cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C during stationary operation and from -15°C to +80°C during flexible operation. The rated voltage is 1000 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is approximately 7.5 times the cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 times the cable diameter during fixed installation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 21.5 mm.
