Flexible cable JZ-500 is a reliable solution for electrical connections requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. This cable, made of high-quality materials, is used both in industrial installations and in control and measurement devices. Construction and user parameters

The JZ-500 cable is characterized by a multi-strand copper wire construction, which provides exceptional flexibility. PVC insulation guarantees good resistance to abrasion, chemicals and oils. The wires are black with white numerical printing, which facilitates identification during installation and maintenance. The outer jacket made of PVC TM2 provides additional protection against mechanical damage and weather conditions. The cable is available in a version with a yellow-green protective wire (G) or without it (x).

Key operating parameters include a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -15°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The rated voltage is 500V, and the cross-section of a single wire is 1 mm². The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for stationary operation.

Application and properties

The JZ-500 cable is ideal for applications requiring frequent bending and movement, such as connections in machines and industrial equipment. It will also work in control and measurement installations and wherever a flexible cable with good resistance to external factors is needed. Thanks to its construction, this cable can be used in dry, wet and damp rooms (but not outdoors).

In addition, the cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has passed self-extinguishing and flame-retardant PVC tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1.
