Flexible cable OZ-500 black is a reliable solution for electrical connections requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, designed for long-term and safe operation. Copper cores, made of high-quality materials, are insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), which guarantees good electrical insulation and abrasion resistance. The cores are marked with numbers, which facilitates identification during installation and servicing. The outer sheath made of PVC (TM2) provides protection against moisture, oils and the effects of UV radiation. Additionally, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The cable is also self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, which increases safety – tested according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1.

Application and parameters

The OZ-500 black cable is used in medium mechanically loaded electrical installations where flexibility of connections is required. It is ideal for use in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors – provided direct contact with the ground or water is avoided. It is particularly recommended in mechanical industry for control, signaling and measurement in production lines and conveyor belts. The cable has a rated voltage of 500V and a core cross-section of 0.75 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 5.9 mm. The permissible operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible).
