This black, flexible OZ-500 cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² is a reliable solution for electrical connections requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors. Construction and properties ensuring durability

The cable is characterized by a solid construction. Copper cores made of stranded wire (class 5) provide flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. PVC insulation (Z 7225) guarantees good electrical insulation and protection against moisture. Additionally, the outer PVC coating (TM2) protects the cable against mechanical damage and the influence of chemicals and oils. The cable is UV resistant, which increases its durability in outdoor applications. Manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards, it ensures safety and compliance with applicable regulations.

Applications and operating parameters

The OZ-500 cable is perfect for medium mechanically loaded flexible installations where tensile stresses do not occur. It can be used in dry, damp rooms and outdoors – however, it should not be laid directly in the ground or in water. It is particularly recommended in mechanical industry for control, signaling and measurement in production lines and conveyor belts. The cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C during stationary operation and from -15°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The rated voltage is 500V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.2 mm.
