Construction and properties
The JZ-602-CY cable has a construction that provides optimal flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. It is made of stranded copper wire, which facilitates laying and connection. The core insulation made of PVC TI3 ensures good electrical insulation, and the screen made of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket made of special PVC YM5 guarantees resistance to mineral, synthetic, and water-based coolants – confirmed by oil resistance tests. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not interfere with painting.
The cable is available in gray (RAL 7001) and is supplied in meter lengths. The use of a yellow-green protective conductor (in versions with it) increases safety. The cable meets the requirements of IEC 60332-1-2, UL VW-1, and CSA FT1 standards in terms of fire resistance.
Applications and technical parameters
The JZ-602-CY cable is used in industrial machines and installations, both in dry and humid environments (with medium mechanical load). It is particularly recommended for laying in places exposed to contact with oils and lubricants. Thanks to the shielding, it ensures electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), which is important in modern control systems.
The rated voltage is 600 V, and the core cross-section is 1.5 mm² (equivalent to AWG 16). The cable has 4 cores, insulation made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and shielding in the form of a copper braid. The outer jacket is also made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The operating temperature range is from -5°C to +90°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +90°C (stationary), and the approximate outer diameter is 10 mm.
This cable complies with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking) and has UL and CSA AWM I/II A/B Style 2587 approvals. This ensures its safety and reliability.
