This shielded, dual-standard control cable JZ-602-CY is designed for demanding applications in machine building and installations. The cable has UL and CSA approvals, guaranteeing its compliance with strict safety and quality standards. Thanks to its flexible construction and resistance to external factors, it is ideal for use in both dry and humid environments.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, using stranded copper wire, which provides high flexibility and resistance to bending. Insulation made of PVC TI3 and a screen made of copper wires (approx. 85% coverage) minimize electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in modern control systems. The outer jacket made of PVC provides additional protection against mechanical damage and the influence of mineral, synthetic oils and coolants – confirmed by oil resistance tests. This makes the cable particularly recommended for use in industrial environments.
- Conductors: Copper, un-tinned, stranded class 5 (DIN VDE 0295 / IEC 60228).
- Insulation: Special PVC TI3 (UL-Std. 758 / CSA-Std. C22.2 No. 210).
- Screen: Copper braid providing high shielding effectiveness.
- Outer jacket: Special PVC YM5 (UL-Std. 758 / CSA-Std. C22.2 No. 210), grey (RAL 7001).
- Temperature range: Flexibly from -5°C to +90°C, stationary from -40°C to +90°C.
