This universal JZ-603 2x1 UL-CSA-HAR control cable is a reliable solution for a wide range of applications in industry, construction and automation. Construction and properties

The JZ-603 cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. It is made of multi-strand copper wire (class 5), insulated with special PVC TI2, which provides flexibility and resistance to damage. The wires are twisted in parallel, and the whole is surrounded by an oil-resistant outer coating made of PVC TM5 in gray (RAL 7001). This selection of materials guarantees resistance to oils, greases and UV radiation. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing and installation.

It is worth noting its compliance with UL/CSA-HAR standards, which confirms its high quality and safety. In addition, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable has passed flammability and self-extinguishing tests in accordance with VDE, EN, IEC and UL/CSA standards.

Technical parameters and application

The JZ-603 2x1 cable has a wire cross-section of 1 mm² and a rated voltage of 500 V. Its permissible operating temperature is from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +70°C during installation. This allows it to be used in a wide range of ambient temperatures. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.4 mm.
