Construction and properties ensuring safety
The cable is characterized by an advanced construction using high-quality materials. Multi-wire copper conductors, class 2 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), provide good flexibility and reliable connections. XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation guarantees high resistance to mechanical and electrical damage, as well as long-term stability of parameters. In addition, the outer jacket made of hydrocarbon-resistant PVC protects the cable from the influence of chemical and mechanical factors.
An important aspect is the LSLH (Low Smoke Low Halogen) classification, which means that in the event of a fire, the cable emits a minimal amount of toxic gases and smoke – important for the safety of people in the vicinity of the installation. The cable has undergone a series of tests confirming its resistance to flame propagation (in accordance with DIN VDE, DIN EN and IEC standards) and low halogen acid content. The possibility of direct burial in the ground and resistance to UV radiation expand its range of applications.

The HELUPOWER 1000 HY-CARBO cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -20°C to +90°C in a fixed system and from -5°C to +50°C in a flexible system. The maximum operating temperature during a short circuit is 250°C. The cable's operating voltage is 0/U 0.6/1 kV, and the test voltage is 3500 V AC or 8400 V DC. The minimum bending radius for fixed laying is 12 times the cable diameter, which facilitates installation and ensures proper operation of the installation. The insulation resistance exceeds 100 MΩ x km, which guarantees high-quality electrical insulation.
This cable is used in a variety of installations – from power supply networks for residential and industrial buildings to control systems for machines and equipment. It complies with RVFV and BS 6346 standards, confirming its versatility and possibility of use in different countries. The option of changing the color of the cores on request is also available, which facilitates the identification of wires during assembly and maintenance.
