The HELUPOWER 1000 HY-CARBO cable is an advanced solution for power and control installations, designed for demanding working conditions. It meets LSLH (Low Smoke Low Halogen) standards, which means reduced emission of toxic gases and smoke in the event of a fire, increasing the safety of people and property. This cable is ideal for both civil and industrial applications, as well as for direct burial in the ground.
### Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The multi-strand copper conductors, class 2, are insulated with high-quality XLPE material, which guarantees excellent dielectric properties and resistance to high temperatures. An additional inner PVC coating and an outer PVC coating resistant to hydrocarbons provide protection against mechanical, chemical factors and UV radiation. This ensures that the cable retains its properties even in harsh environmental conditions.

### Technical parameters and application
The HELUPOWER 1000 HY-CARBO cable with a cross-section of 2x25 mm² is designed to operate at a voltage of 0.6/1 kV. The flexible construction allows it to be used in a wide range of temperatures – from -5°C to +50°C (flexible) and from -20°C to +90°C (stationary). The maximum temperature during a short circuit is 250°C. The minimum bending radius for fixed laying is 12 x cable diameter, which facilitates installation even in tight spaces. The insulation resistance exceeds 100 MΩ x km, providing effective protection against short circuits and leakage currents. The cable complies with RVFV or BS 6346 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the LVD 2014/35/EU directive.
