The HELUPOWER 1000 HY-CARBO 37x2.5 cable is an advanced solution designed for power and control systems where safety and reliability are key. The cable's construction, compliant with IEC 60502 (LSLH – Low Smoke Low Halogen) standard, minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire, making it an ideal choice for public, industrial facilities and residential construction. Thanks to its UV resistance and the possibility of direct burial in the ground, the cable performs well in both internal and external installations.

Construction and properties ensuring durability

The cable consists of 37 multi-wire copper conductors (class 2 according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228) insulated with high-quality XLPE. The conductors are identified according to HD 308 S2, which facilitates installation and servicing. An additional inner PVC coating and an outer PVC coating resistant to hydrocarbons provide protection against mechanical and chemical factors. The cable's flexibility allows for convenient installation even in difficult conditions. The operating temperature range from -20°C to +90°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +50°C (flexible) guarantees reliable operation in various environments.

Safety and compliance with standards

HELUPOWER 1000 HY-CARBO meets stringent safety standards, including IEC 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-3-24 (cat. C), confirming its high fire resistance. Low halogen content (compliant with DIN VDE 0482-754-1/DIN EN 60754-1 / IEC 60754-1) further increases safety. The cable has a CE certificate, confirming compliance with the LVD 2014/35/EU directive. The possibility of application according to RVFV or BS 6346 ensures versatility and compatibility with various installation standards.
