Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation

The cable is characterized by a solid construction. Multi-strand copper conductors, class 2, provide good flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. Insulation made of XLPE guarantees high electrical and thermal resistance. An additional inner PVC coating and an outer coating of hydrocarbon-resistant PVC increase resistance to chemical and environmental factors. The cable has an LSLH (Low Smoke Low Halogen) marking, which means reduced emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire – important for the safety of people and equipment.

It meets the requirements of European standards, including LVD 2014/35/EU (CE marking) and RVFV or BS 6346. This ensures that the cable is safe and reliable to use. Insulation resistance exceeds 100 MΩ x km, ensuring high-quality electrical connection. The minimum bending radius for fixed laying is 12 x cable diameter, which facilitates installation even in tight spaces. The test voltage is 3500 V AC for 5 minutes or 8400 V DC for 5 minutes, which confirms its electrical strength.
