The HELUPOWER 1000 HY-CARBO 3x95 cable is an advanced solution for power supply and control, designed with safety and reliability in mind. Construction and properties

The cable features a multi-wire copper conductor class 2 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228) insulated with high-quality XLPE. The cores are identified according to HD 308 S2, which simplifies correct connection. An additional inner PVC coating and an outer PVC coating resistant to hydrocarbons provide additional protection against mechanical and chemical damage. The cable is black, making it easy to identify in the installation.

It is worth noting a number of important properties:

• UV resistance: allows the cable to be used outdoors without fear of material degradation.
• Hydrocarbon and oil resistance: allows use in industrial environments exposed to these substances.

HELUPOWER 1000 HY-CARBO is designed for use as a power and control cable in civil and industrial environments. It works perfectly both in stationary installations and with direct burial in the ground. Compliant with RVFV or BS 6346 standards and has CE certification (compliance with LVD 2014/35/EU). The operating voltage of the cable is 0.6/1 kV, and the test voltage is 3500 V AC or 8400 V DC – which confirms its high quality and reliability. The minimum bending radius for fixed laying is 12 x cable diameter, which facilitates installation even in tight spaces. The insulation resistance exceeds 100 MΩ x km, providing effective protection against short circuits.
