The HELUPOWER 1000 HY-CARBO 4x120 cable is an advanced solution designed for powering and controlling in installations where safety, reliability and resistance to external factors are crucial. Construction and properties ensuring durability
The cable is characterized by a solid construction: multi-wire copper conductors class 2 (DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228) are insulated with high-quality XLPE, which guarantees long-term and safe operation. The outer jacket made of hydrocarbon-resistant PVC provides additional protection against mechanical damage and the influence of aggressive chemicals. The cable cores are identified according to HD 308 S2, which facilitates assembly and servicing.
It is worth noting a number of properties that distinguish this cable:
- Reduced flame propagation and emission of toxic gases (LSLH): Meets the requirements of IEC 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-3-24 (cat. C, 20 min.) and IEC 60332-3-22 (cat. A, 40 min.), making it a safe choice in places with increased fire risk.
- UV resistance: Allows the cable to be used outdoors without fear of material degradation from sunlight.

The HELUPOWER 1000 HY-CARBO cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range: flexibly from -5°C to +50°C and permanently from -20°C to +90°C. The maximum temperature during a short circuit is 250°C. The operating voltage is 0/U 0.6/1 kV, and the test voltage is 3500 V AC for 5 minutes or 8400 V DC for 5 minutes. The minimum bending radius for fixed laying is 12 x cable diameter. The insulation resistance exceeds 100 MΩ x km.
