The cable is characterized by an advanced construction, using multi-wire copper conductors class 2 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228) insulated with high-quality XLPE. This combination provides excellent flexibility, resistance to mechanical damage and long-term reliability. Additionally, the outer jacket made of hydrocarbon-resistant PVC protects the cable from the influence of chemicals, and also provides resistance to UV radiation - which is particularly important for outdoor applications. The cable meets LSLH (Low Smoke Low Halogen) standards, which means limited emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire, increasing the safety of people and property. HELUPOWER 1000 HY-CARBO is intended for use in civil and industrial environments. It can be used in both stationary and flexible installations, and can also be buried directly in the ground. The cable operates in a temperature range of -20°C to +90°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +50°C (flexible), and the maximum temperature during short circuit is 250°C. The operating voltage is 0.6/1 kV, and the test voltage is 3500 V AC or 8400 V DC. The minimum bending radius in fixed installation is 12 x cable diameter. The insulation resistance exceeds 100 MΩ x km, providing effective protection against leakage currents. The cable complies with RVFV or BS 6346 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the LVD 2014/35/EU directive.
