This black, rubber power cord H05RR-F 4G1 mm² is a solid solution for both professional installers and end-users. The cord is designed to reliably power various electrical devices, offering flexibility and durability in many environments. Its construction and materials guarantee safe and long-lasting operation.

Construction and properties

The cord is characterized by a 4-core construction with a cross-section of 1 mm², which provides adequate performance for typical household and industrial applications. Copper strands, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5, ensure good electrical conductivity. The core insulation made of rubber EI4 (DIN VDE 0207-363-1 / DIN EN 50363-1) and the outer jacket made of rubber EM3 (RR-F) or EM2 (RN-F) guarantee resistance to mechanical damage, ozone, oils and fats. Colored strands arranged longitudinally facilitate identification during installation – they are marked according to DIN VDE 0293-308. The cord is available with a protective conductor (G) or without it (x).

Application and benefits

The H05RR-F cord is perfect for connecting electrical devices such as vacuum cleaners, soldering irons, kitchen appliances or ovens. It can be used in homes, offices and in industry – also in tailoring and agricultural plants. Approved for short-term outdoor use, as well as in hazardous areas (in the RN-F version). Its flexibility allows for easy routing in partition walls, furniture and decorations. Thanks to its resistance to oils and fats, it is ideal for use in deep fryers. This cord is also compatible with BS 6500 and meets the requirements for fire behavior (IEC 60332-1-2). It should be noted that H05 RR-F replaces older types NLH and NMH up to a cross-section of 2.5 mm², and H05 RN-F type NMHÖU up to 1 mm² (from 1.5 mm² adapted to VDE).
