This black, single-core SOLARFLEX-X H1Z2Z2-K cable with a cross-section of 1x10 mm² is a solution designed for demanding photovoltaic installations. Construction and properties
The SOLARFLEX-X cable stands out with its solid construction. The copper core, manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0295 / BS 6360 / IEC 60228 (class 5) standards, provides excellent electrical conductivity. The core insulation and outer coating are made of cross-linked polyolefin, guaranteeing high resistance to UV radiation, ozone and weather conditions. Additionally, the V2A stainless steel braiding effectively protects against mechanical damage, including rodents. Double insulation meets the requirements of protection class II, increasing safety.
The cable is flame retardant (IEC 60332-1-2) and halogen-free (EN 50267, IEC 60754), minimizing the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire. It also complies with EN 50618 and has TÜV 2PfG 190/05.12 and TÜV R60115689 approvals. This gives you the confidence that the installation complies with applicable regulations and safety standards.
Application and operating parameters
The SOLARFLEX-X H1Z2Z2-K cable is intended for use in photovoltaic systems both indoors and outdoors. The possibility of direct burial in the ground (although the use of protective pipes is recommended) increases the flexibility of the installation. The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C (stationary operation) and briefly up to +120°C. The rated voltage is AC 1.0/1.0 kV and DC 1.5/1.5 kV, and the test voltage AC is 6.5 kV. The minimum bending radius is 5x the cable diameter during stationary laying.
