This single-core HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y cable is a specialized solution for applications requiring resistance to high temperatures and aggressive chemical environments. The cable features a flexible design with a stranded copper core and FEP fluoropolymer insulation, ensuring reliable operation even in the most demanding conditions. Ideal for both indoor installations and industrial use.

Construction and properties for professionals

The cable is designed for demanding applications. The core made of tinned copper provides good conductivity, and the FEP insulation guarantees exceptional resistance to temperature (up to +205°C, briefly up to +230°C) and to chemicals, oils and gasoline. It meets DIN VDE 0295 class 5, BS 6360 class 5 and IEC 60228 class 5 standards, confirming its high quality and safety. The minimum bending radius is 10x cable diameter for flexible bending and 4x cable diameter for stationary bending, making installation easier even in tight spaces. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, which is important from an environmental protection point of view and compatibility with various materials.
