A wire that replaces five different types in one

This is not an ordinary single-core wire. It is designed to meet the requirements of HAR, UL-AWM, UL-MTW, CSA-AWM, and CSA-TEW standards simultaneously — meaning installers can keep just one wire type in stock instead of five. In practice: fewer bins in the warehouse, simpler documentation, faster material selection during installation.

The PVC insulation is not only resistant to mechanical damage — it also complies with UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 flame propagation requirements, meaning it does not spread flame along a single conductor. This is critical in enclosed machine housings or distribution boards, where space is limited and safety is paramount.

Who is it for? For those installing in extreme conditions

It operates reliably from –40°C to +90°C — both in fixed installations (e.g., in a control panel) and in flexible applications (e.g., on moving machine parts). The UL-AWM version tolerates up to +105°C, so there’s no issue with prolonged operation near motors or transformers. A voltage rating of 300/500 V is standard for most industrial control and power distribution circuits.

The Class 5 (stranded) copper conductor ensures flexibility without loss of conductivity — ideal for frequent bending during installation or in systems with moving components. A diameter of 2.65 mm strikes a balance between ease of handling and resistance to damage.

No compromises here

It contains no cadmium or silicone — so it does not interfere with painting processes or negatively affect other materials within the enclosure. No shielding or UV protection is included — because it’s not needed: this is an internal wire. Applications: distribution boards, inside CNC machines, electrical equipment, PLC controllers. Do not use it outdoors or as a 230V mains power cable — but for internal control or signaling circuits: it performs flawlessly.
