Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a multi-strand copper conductor class 5, which ensures flexibility and ease of installation. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) insulation type TI3 guarantees good mechanical and chemical resistance. The cable is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +90°C (flexibly up to +90°C), making it reliable in various environmental conditions. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V (up to 1 mm²), and the conductor cross-section is 0.5 mm². The approximate outer diameter is 2.7 mm.

Compliance with standards and approvals

This is one of the few cables that meets as many as five standards: DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31, DIN EN 50525-2-31, UL-Std.1063, UL-Style 10269 (and also Style 1015) and CSA-TEW and CSA-AWM I A/B. It also has HAR, UL-AWM, UL-MTW, CSA-AWM and CSA-Equipment-wire approvals – which simplifies inventory management and project documentation. The cable meets the requirements of IEC 60332-1-2 regarding fire propagation resistance and UL VW-1 and CSA FT1. Test voltage is 2000 V (for 0.5mm² - 5kV; ≥ 0.75mm² - 6kV).
