Universal connection cable – reliability and compliance with standards

This black, single-core H05V2-K 0.75/AWG20 cable is a versatile solution for internal wiring of electrical devices and distribution boards. Its construction and approvals make it particularly useful in export applications, including machine tools. Compliance with five standards (HAR, UL-AWM, UL-MTW, CSA-AWM, CSA-Equipment-wire) simplifies inventory management and bill of materials.

Flexibility and range of applications

This cable is characterized by flexibility in the temperature range of +5°C to +90°C for stationary operation and from -40°C to +90°C for flexible operation. UL (AWM) versions withstand up to +105°C, and CSA (TEW) up to +105°C. The operating voltage is 300/500 V (up to 1 mm²), making it suitable for a wide range of installations. The minimum bending radius ensures easy installation even in tight spaces – for cables with a diameter below 8 mm, four times the diameter is sufficient, above 8 mm – five times, and above 12 mm – six times.

Safety and quality of workmanship

The un-tinned, stranded copper conductor class 5 ensures good conductivity and flexibility. The insulation made of special PVC type TI3 guarantees durability and resistance to external factors. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances hindering painting. The cable has passed flame propagation tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1-2 / UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 standards. The CE mark confirms compliance with LVD Directive 2014/35/EU. Additionally, the cable is available in a wide range of colors: black, blue, brown, gray, orange, pink, red, turquoise, purple, white, green and yellow – both solid and two-color combinations are possible.
