Universal connection cable with multiple approvals

This single-core H05V2-K/H07V2-K cable is a versatile solution for internal wiring, particularly valued in export applications and machine tools. Its design and materials are selected for reliability and safety, and compliance with five standards (HAR, UL-AWM, UL-MTW, CSA-AWM, CSA-Equipment-wire) simplifies the selection process and reduces storage costs. The cable is ideal for both distribution boards and inside electrical devices.

Flexibility and operating temperature range

The cable is characterized by its flexibility, allowing easy installation even in tight spaces. It can operate within a wide temperature range: from +5°C to +90°C in flexible mode and from -40°C to +90°C in stationary mode. UL (AWM) versions withstand up to +105°C, and CSA (TEW) up to +105°C, increasing its versatility. The operating voltage is 300/500 V (up to 1 mm²) and 450/750 V (≥ 1.5 mm²), with a test voltage of 2000 V. This allows it to be safely used in various electrical installations.

Construction and materials

The cable consists of a multi-strand copper conductor (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295) insulated with special TI3 PVC. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances hindering painting. The minimum bending radius depends on the cable diameter – for cables with a diameter below 8 mm it is 4xØ cable, above 8-12 mm – 5xØ cable, and above 12 mm – 6xØ cable. It meets the requirements of flame propagation resistance according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2/DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1-2/UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 standards. Cross-sections above 35 mm² are made of heat-resistant TI3 PVC. Available colors include solid colors and two-color combinations.
